How do I transfer responsibility for a job opening to another person after leaving?

If a colleague leaves your company, they may have job openings and tasks that you want to transfer to someone else.

Proceed as follows: 

1. Open the page Users.
2. Click on the trash icon  in the line with the name of the departing user. A popup with all existing dependencies opens.
3. Click on the list view  and gradually change each user in the displayed list to the colleague who should handle the dependencies.
   Or
   Click on the Transfer Responsibilities as Responsible User  . A new page will open where you can select another user as the destination.
