At the top of the header, you can see the magnifying glass icon, which displays the field Search Application. Through the Application Search, you can search for first and last names of applicants as well as for content within the application - as long as it could be indexed by the system (full-text search).
Required Permissions: View Application
Follow these steps:
- Enter the name of the applicant into the field and/or press Enter or the magnifying glass to access the advanced search form. The page Application Search with the advanced search form and a result list will be displayed.
- Review the search results or narrow them down by entering keywords in the Full-Text Search field.
Possible search commands:
- OR operator: SPACE between two terms, e.g., accountant SAP
- Result: Applications containing at least one of the words
- AND operator: +SIGN between two terms, e.g., accountant+SAP
- Result: Applications containing both terms
- Phrases: QUOTATION MARKS ("..."), e.g., "certified accountant"
- Result: Applications containing exactly this phrase
- Wildcard: PREFIX*, e.g., Book*
- Result: Applications containing at least one term starting with BOOK
Note
The search results can be further narrowed down using filters, e.g., by keywords, special characteristics, rating, etc. See here for a complete list of filters.
Warning
If you fill in multiple search filters simultaneously (e.g., Full-Text Search and Last Name), these search terms will be combined with an AND operator, so only results that meet both search criteria will be displayed.
