In many areas of the system, you can further narrow down the current view using filters. This allows you to quickly access the desired view.
You can recognize a filtering option by the displayed icon .
Configuration
When you press the filter icon, a menu with all available filters opens, allowing you to make a selection.
System behavior
-
Results
The filters display all values available in the system because they were, for example, created in the master data. It is possible that a search does not return any results if the corresponding data does not exist in the system. -
Search in free-text filters
There are free-text search fields where you can enter values manually. These free-text filters use an AND combination. This means that if you search for position/title “Sales” and additionally for “IB” (for Internal Candidate), only candidates matching both criteria will be displayed. -
Search by application status
The search is only based on the current application status. Displaying applications that previously had a specific status is not possible. -
Saving filters
Do you regularly search for the same information? You can save filter settings in your browser and access them later without additional clicks. See: Save filters. -

How our customers use this
Some customers filter their search results and then create a browser bookmark. Restricting the user view using filters is also very popular.
