Tasks are linked to a status. When this status is selected, it triggers a task. This task is only triggered for users who have the permission to edit the task it is associated with.
As soon as a user has this permission through one of their roles, they will receive tasks in the task area.
Warning
Deleted items cannot be restored or viewed again. They are permanently deleted.
Required Permissions: Edit workflows
Follow these steps:
- Open the page Task Definitions.
- Click on the trash icon next to the title of the task definition you want to delete. A confirmation dialog will appear in the foreground asking if you really want to delete it.
- Click on the button Delete to delete the automated status change. The Task Definitions page with an overview of all existing status changes will be displayed.
