Explanation of term
Your d.vinci layout is the foundation for your company's external appearance as an attractive employer. It ensures that the externally visible parts of your d.vinci system integrate seamlessly into your website. It is possible to have multiple layouts in d.vinci and link them to different application portals or job ad templates.

On the Layouts page, you can view existing layouts and create new ones.

Usage
The layout, together with the job ad template, forms the graphical framework for the job ad. The layout controls the colors, fonts, etc. The job ad template controls the arrangement of text blocks such as tasks, profile, what we offer, and contact. -
Multiple layouts
Using different layouts is useful, for example, if you and subsidiary companies use a d.vinci system. This allows you to implement different color schemes, logos, fonts, and similar elements for each company. -

In the layout, you can define elements such as logo, favicon, header and footer, font size, font type, font color, spacing, link colors, and much more. These settings also affect the following: application portal, job lists, job ad, application form, questionnaires. -
Defining the layout
In the job ad template or application portal, you can specify which layout should provide the design framework for the job ad. -
Which layout is displayed?
If you select a layout in the application portal, it will only be active if the job ad template does not have its own layout. If a layout is chosen in the job ad template, the job ad will always appear with these layout settings. -

Change Layout
We have created at least one initial layout for you. If you would like to implement changes to an existing layout, feel free to contact us, as advanced knowledge in handling custom stylesheets is required for implementation. See also the section "Additional, new, or modified layout request?"
