The Journey divides your application process into different phases. Each application status is assigned to a phase. With many new statuses, extensive changes, or a new system, you can let the assignment be done automatically by AI – saving time and manual effort.
Required permissions: Edit application portals
Follow these steps:
- Open the page Reports. The page with the same name and the Dashboard tab open will be displayed.
- Click on the button Configure Journey. The page Journey will be displayed.
- Click on the button Automatically assign all statuses. A dialog box with the same name will appear, which you should read carefully.
- Click on the button Overwrite. The page will take some time to load. Afterward, AI will assign all application statuses to the phases of the Journey that could be assessed.
Application statuses may occasionally appear in the section Unassigned Statuses. You can manually move them into phases by clicking on one, holding it, dragging it to the desired phase, and releasing it there.
