The Help Chatbot is an AI tool that provides 24/7 support for our products within the system and the help portal. In the system, you can control whether you want to use this help or not.
Required permissions: Configure basic settings
Follow these steps:
- Open the page Basic Settings.
- Click on the tab Options. The Basic Settings page with the opened tab will be displayed.
- Click on the pencil icon . An input form will be displayed.
- Select the status On for the option Help Chatbot.
- Click on the button Update to save the input. The Basic Settings page with the opened tab Options will be displayed.
