The Journey divides your application process into different phases. Your application statuses are assigned to one of these phases. This assignment forms the basis for the correct preparation of your reports and dashboards in the Dashboard tab on the Reports page. It helps to analyze the application process and make optimizations.
Required Permission: Journeys | view/edit/create/delete
Follow these steps:
- Open the page Reports. The page with the same name and the Dashboard tab open will be displayed.
- Click on the button Configure Journey. The Reports/Journey page will be displayed.
- Open the phases by clicking on them. All application statuses assigned to the respective phases will be displayed. These assignments were partially made by AI. Learn more in: What is the Journey
- Check whether all application statuses are correctly assigned to the phases.
- If an application status is incorrectly assigned, click on the status, drag it to the correct position, and release to change the assignment. You can also place statuses in the area Unassigned Statuses at any time. Statuses in this area are not included in evaluations.
- The assignments are saved automatically. You can leave the page at any time. Everything will remain exactly as you set it before.
