A feedback form is one of our questionnaires and offers the opportunity to gather extensive feedback on the entire application process.
To create a feedback questionnaire, you must have the Candidate Experience module activated.
You can check this in the basic settings on the License tab.
Required rights: Application portal create
Proceed as follows:
- Open the page Questionnaire.
- Click on Questionnaire.
- Fill in the input form.
Elements of the input form:
Mandatory fields marked with *, optional fields without marking.- Display name*
- Organizational unit*

Type*: Feedback questionnaire
- This changes the selection of underlying fields.
- Feedback questions*: The available selection can be adjusted and expanded in the form fields.
- Application portal*
- Click on Create to save the entries. The Questionnaire page is displayed.
- Click on the Form tab and the icon behind Introduction Text to customize it for the questionnaire.
- In the Feedback section, you can see a preview of the selected feedback questions as they appear to the questionnaire recipient.
Note
This questionnaire is communicated by e-mail. Add it to a correspondence template for this purpose. Recipients can access the questionnaire by clicking on a link in the e-mail. Insert this link in the correspondence text via the placeholder Questionnaire - URL so that it appears in the e-mail.
