Using the field schema configuration, you can configure the form for the publication. Here, you can define whether individual fields should be mandatory fields, optional fields, or not visible at all.
Warning
The changes will be active for all company divisions/subsidiaries in your system. Please coordinate in advance which fields are needed by others.
Required Permissions
- Edit publications (of job openings)
- Configure field schemas
Follow these steps:
- Click on the menu item Job Openings. The page with the same name will be displayed.
- Click on the name of a job opening. The job opening with its details will be displayed.
- Click on the plus icon in the Job Publications card. The input form Job Publication will be displayed.
- Click on the wrench icon . A selection menu will be displayed in the foreground.
- Select how the fields should be configured.
- Click on the button Save to save the settings. The page Job Opening will be displayed.
Note
The changes are now also active for all old publications. As soon as old publications are edited, the fields will be set accordingly.
