Required Permissions: Create publications (from job openings)
Manually when Creating a Job Opening
By clicking the button + Create and Create Publication .
Manually via the Job Openings Menu
Proceed as follows:
- Press the menu item Job openings. The page with the same name is displayed.
- Click on the title of the job opening for which you want to create the publication. The job opening page is displayed.
- Click on the plus symbol next to the Job Publications card. The Job Publication entry form is displayed.

Fill out the entry form:
Mandatory fields marked with *, optional fields without marking
- Language*
- Status*
- Position*
- Subtitle
- Page Titel
- Short description
- Job advertisement template
- Panorama
- Employee Benefits
- Introductory sentence
- Tasks
- Requirements
- We Offer
- URL to external Publication
- Press the Create button. The Job Publication page is displayed. It shows all entered contents in the dashboard.

You can open a previewof the job advertisements at the different application portals. - Start Release Process

- Delete
- Publish via Multiposting
- Job Publication Channel ON/Off and by the button setting the time period.
- Back to the Job Opening by pushing the title of the job opening.
