When creating a new job publication, you can use artificial intelligence to assist you. Based on the content of the job opening, the AI automatically fills in the fields of the publication and adds important elements (e.g., m/f/d) to the texts, such as in the job title. You can then review and adjust the draft as needed before publishing it as usual.
There are two starting points for this:
When creating a job opening
When you create a job opening, you will find a button at the end of the input form labeled Create and generate publication with AI.
In an existing job opening
If a job opening has already been created, you will see the card job publications. Next to it, there is a stars icon that you can press to generate the job publication with AI.
Required permissions

In both cases, proceed as follows after pressing the button:
The language selection will be displayed.
- Select the language in which the publication should be created and press the button Continue. After a short loading time, the input form for creating a job publication will be displayed. The AI has already pre-filled many fields.
- Correct the content and adjust it if necessary.
- Press the button Create to save the job publication.
You can now proceed with the next steps, such as launching a multiposting campaign.
