Do you have a master contract with a job board and would like to use it for multiposting?
To do so, it must be stored in the multiposting profiles.
Important: Master contracts must be stored in each multiposting profile because each profile reflects the individual settings of an organizational unit or company entity. If you have a master contract that applies to multiple subsidiaries, you must also create it in the respective multiposting profiles of the subsidiaries.

Requirements
- Permission: Create multiposting profiles in the user role
- The user must be an authorized user
Follow these steps:
- Open the page Multiposting Profiles.
- Click on the name of the multiposting profile for which you want to store master contracts. The page Multiposting Profile with the open tab Data will be displayed.
- Click on the tab Master Contracts. Already stored master contracts will be listed.
- Click on the button + Master Contract. A selection menu will be displayed.
- Click into the field and start typing the name of the job board where you have the master contract.
- Click on the appropriate name. Further information about the job board will be displayed.
- Fill in all required fields.
- Click on the button Add to My Contracts.
When posting a multiposting campaign you can now, before selecting the job boards, choose a job board linked via a master contract with the corresponding conditions.
