Start communication via the application
Have you received a WhatsApp application via PitchYou and want to contact the applicant via WhatsApp for the first time?
Follow these steps:
- Open the application.
- Click on the gear icon. A dropdown menu will appear.
- Click on the option Send WhatsApp message. A new page with the input area for the WhatsApp chat will appear.
- Click on the START CHAT button. A message input window will appear in the foreground.
- Enter your message in the Message text field.
- Click on the button Next. If this is the first communication with the applicant, you will need to select a template where the applicant must consent to WhatsApp communication. The template was previously stored in your PitchYou account, and you can modify it there if needed.
- Click on the button Next. A preview of the message history will be displayed.
- Click on Send if everything is correct. After a short loading time, the message history will be displayed on the page.
