New Features

Links to Pages – External Targets
In the "Links to Pages" building block, you can now select "External page" in addition to internal pages and enter a URL directly. This makes it easy to link to company websites or other external destinations.

Improvements

  • Career Page Editor – Starter Template Without AI: When creating a page without AI, the Career Page Editor now automatically inserts the Intro, About Us, and Contact building blocks with sample text. This gives you immediate guidance and helps you get started faster.

  • Video – Three Layout Variants: The Video building block now offers three layout variants (stacked, as well as left/right combined with text) in primary and secondary color schemes. This lets you place multiple videos in a space-saving way that fits your page layout.

New Features

Landing Page Wizard – Option Without AI: When creating a new career page, in addition to the “Create with AI” button, there is now also a “Create” button available. This allows you to create pages directly with name, path, and employer brand without AI support – ideal for companies that are not allowed to use AI.

Corrections

  • Google Findability: In some cases, pages were not discoverable on Google. This is now reliably ensured again.

  • Display of Image Files: Image files that were uploaded some time ago were not displayed. They are now shown correctly as images again.

Improvements

  • Creating Landing Pages with AI: When creating landing pages with AI, all relevant building blocks are now correctly created and displayed. Previously, sometimes only the contact block was created.

New Features

  • Allow Root Path in Wizard
    When creating a new career page or landing page in the wizard, the root path /career can now also be used. This allows the central main page to be published directly at the top level.

Improvements

  • Contact Form – Neutral Data Privacy Notice
    The wording in the contact form was adjusted to be neutral. The text now addresses applicants regardless of informal or formal address.
     

  • Deleting Career Pages and Landing Pages
    When deleting pages, the dialog window did not close automatically but restarted the dialog. The window now closes after clicking “Delete” and the success message is briefly displayed.

Corrections

  • Contact Form – Accessibility
    Form elements in the contact form block are now fully linked with labels, so career pages again achieve 100% in accessibility checks.

Improvements

  • Page Preview
    OpenGraph metadata are now correctly set again on career pages. As a result, shared pages on platforms like LinkedIn or Facebook now again appear with the appropriate preview image and description.
     
  • CSP Header
    We have fully implemented CSP headers for career pages, increasing the security of the pages and especially minimizing the risk of data privacy incidents and attacks.
     
  • Menu Item Career Pages
    The menu item and the name of the section on all subpages have been renamed to “Career Pages & Landing Pages”

Improvements

  • Technical Performance – Caching for React Apps
    Static files on career pages are now delivered with intelligent caching behavior. This makes pages load faster and returning visitors benefit from shorter load times.

Corrections

  • Testimonials Block – Navigation
    Clicking the “Back” arrow on the first testimonial caused the entire block to disappear. This behavior has been fixed – now the display correctly switches between individual testimonials.

  • Contact Block – Now with up to Four Contacts: You can now display up to four contacts on your career pages. The contacts are shown in clear cards and can be arranged via drag & drop. The contact block gives your company a face and makes the application process even more personal.

  • Design Preview: In some cases, the colors from the associated employer brand were not correctly applied in the preview – this is now displayed correctly.

Image Gallery  New  

In the Gallery block, you can now add up to 10 images – twice as many as before. This allows you to make your career pages even more diverse and visually appealing.

Access Community via Help Menu  New  

In the Help Menu, you now find direct access to d.ock - your HR Community. Clicking it takes you to our platform for genuine exchange with other HR experts, joint learning, and the development of HR topics that matter.

Improvements  Better  

  • Linking to Employer Brand: When editing a career page, clicking the paint palette icon now takes you directly to the Design tab in the linked Employer Brand. 
  • Fonts for Employer Brands: You can now delete fonts. If a font is still used in an employer brand, deletion is prevented and you see where it is used.
  • New Icon for More Functions: To make our system even more intuitive, we replaced the gear icon with a three-dot icon in several places to more clearly represent the underlying functions.
  • Session Tracking Changed: We now use a different analytics tool for external pages hosted with us, such as career pages, job postings, application portals, etc. All data remains on our servers and is not shared with third parties. If there are issues with your own analytics tools on external pages, you can disable session tracking in the Basic Settings under the Options tab in the Website Tracking section.

  • Help Chatbot: After entering the name, the “Next” button no longer responded, preventing continuation of the dialog. The chatbot now works reliably again and guides you correctly through the process.

Contact Form in AI-Supported Landing Page Creation Process  NEW  

When you create a landing page, you are now asked for the initiative job posting to which applications via the landing page should be sent. After creation, this posting is displayed in the contact form block and can be changed there at any time.

  • Employer Brand Creation: When creating an employer brand, it is now checked whether the chosen name already exists. This helps avoid duplicate entries and error messages.

  • Deleting Career Pages: When removing a page, the confirmation window now closes correctly, and the list view updates automatically.

Copy Career Page

You can now easily duplicate existing career pages or landing pages. This saves you up to 80% time when creating similar pages – content, layout, and employer branding are automatically adopted.

Preview Design Settings

You can now immediately see how changes to colors, fonts, and shapes affect the appearance of your page. This helps you create a consistent design faster and more confidently.

Each career page now contains a direct link to the associated employer brand. This lets you get to the matching brand with one click – without detours.

Create and Manage Employer Brands   NEW   

You can now create your own employer brands to centrally control the appearance of your various brands. For each brand, the company profile and design can be defined individually. This lets you manage the design of your career pages and landing pages more efficiently and consistently across all locations or subsidiaries.

In addition, design is now maintained not per page but within the respective employer brand. This means you no longer have to adjust your design individually for each page but can define it centrally – all associated pages automatically adopt the defined settings.
With this update, we automatically transfer your existing design into the new employer brands. So you don’t have to do anything for the transition.

Dialog-Based AI Wizard for Landing Pages and Career Pages   NEW   

You can now use AI not only to create your career pages but also individually tailored landing pages for different recruiting activities such as social media campaigns, trade shows, or application days.
The wizard is dialog-based – meaning: an intuitive conversational flow replaces the previous click path. Questions and answers are presented directly in the conversation, making the creation process more transparent, faster, and more natural.

The new presentation lets you review your inputs step by step, receive immediate feedback, and end up with a finished, appealing page.

Why this is important:
Studies show that campaign-tailored landing pages can increase conversion by up to 4 times. This lets you specifically boost the effectiveness of your recruiting measures and reach more talents exactly where they are.

Help Chatbot   NEW   

The new help chatbot is now available to you and offers fast and reliable support for our products around the clock – directly in the system and in the help portal. Once the feature is activated, a speech bubble appears at the bottom right, allowing you to easily start the chat.

What does the new chatbot offer you?

  • Immediate help whenever you have questions

  • Modern and stable technology from Zendesk, our optional subcontractor
  • Direct contact to support: If the chatbot cannot find a suitable answer, you can directly create a support ticket. The chat history is automatically attached.

Visibility for Users

The help chatbot in the system is only visible to users who have the right to “Access Help Portal.” They see the speech bubble icon at the bottom right.

Start a new chat for each new question – this way you get even faster and more targeted support.

  • Font in the Interface: Fonts in the editor for career pages have been corrected. Now all texts are displayed consistently and in the correct style.
