v2026.11
Published on May 28, 2026
New Features
Reporting – “Time to Interview” Metric
In the reporting dashboard, you can now view the average time between the start of the search and the first interview. This allows you to assess the efficiency of your selection process even more effectively.
“Status Transitions” Report – Source
The ‘Source’ column is now available in the “Status Transitions” Excel report. This allows you to precisely analyze application sources and compare them across channels.
Improvements
-
Job Publication Templates – Inline Editing of All Components
In the job publication templates, you can now edit all elements directly inline—just as you can with job openings. This makes working significantly faster and more intuitive. At the same time, the technical structure in the background has been standardized, ensuring more stable and higher-performance use.
-
Analytics tab – Applications received by source
The pie chart is now correctly scaled for all time periods and remains easy to read.
Corrections
-
Job Templates – Delete Panorama Image
In the job posting template, on the application portal’s homepage, and in questionnaires, you can now delete saved panorama images again. -
Job Lists – New Badge in Statistics
The temporary “New” badge on the Usage Statistics tab in the job lists has been removed.
v2026.10 (05/12/2026)
Pay Transparency Act 2026 Service notice
From June 2026, the revised Pay Transparency Act will come into force in Germany, implementing EU Directive 2023/970. A key change: in many cases, a wage or salary range must already be stated in Job Openings.
d.vinci provides technical support for this. Read in our article and the attached handout how you can implement the requirements: Pay Transparency Act: Implementing the requirements with d.vinci
New features
Activate Job Publications with a single click New
When creating a Job Publication, you can now start a Multiposting Campaign directly. The new button Create and start Multiposting takes you straight into the posting process as soon as the Job Publication has been created – with no detours. This way, you can reach more talents faster.
Requirement: You need an existing Multiposting Profile. If none exists yet, we will inform you.
Most popular multiposting channels directly in the Job Publication New
In your Job Publication, you now directly see the most popular Multiposting Channels including price and runtime. You can start posting on the respective platform directly from the Job Publication – easier and faster than ever.
Manually assign Application Status to the “Hired” phase New
In the Journey, you can now manually assign Application Status values to the Hired phase. This allows all statuses to be taken into account on the Reporting Dashboard and lets you use the Journey analytics more flexibly.
Improvements Improved
- Reporting Dashboard – display of hiring rate: The displayed hiring rate is now correctly rounded to one decimal place. The display follows the language setting – with comma in German and dot in English. This ensures that displayed and calculated values match.
We have made the following corrections Corrected
- Job videos: The Job Video feature has been deactivated. You can no longer create new videos, and existing videos are no longer displayed.
- Reports – Application Idle times: Application idle times are now calculated and displayed identically in graphical and Excel reports. This ensures that the values are consistent across all report types.
v2026.9 (04/29/2026)
New Features
Create unlimited landing pages and career pages New
In the Applicant Tracking, you can now prepare, design, and test as many landing pages and career pages as you like free of charge. Within the freemium scope, you can publish one page – allowing you to explore the potential of landing pages and career pages with minimal effort, prepare campaigns, and use landing pages specifically for your publications.
More about career pages: What is d.vinci Career Pages?
Video: German only
Improvements Better
Job Lists – Display of end date: In the job lists - in the results list, the end date of the job publication can now be displayed. This allows applicants to immediately see how long they can still apply.
Multiposting: Daily email for expiring external publication channels: If job postings published via Multiposting are about to expire, you can now receive information about this in the daily email.
See also: How do I activate the daily notification?
Multiposting Plus: Multiposting master contract – Posting to the Federal Employment Agency: In the Multiposting profile, you can now store a fixed work location for the master contract of the Federal Employment Agency. This ensures that the correct information is automatically prefilled during every posting – saving time and avoiding incorrect entries.
Multiposting Plus: Automatic free posting – Image transfer: For the automatic free posting in Multiposting, we no longer transfer images because some target job boards cannot process them correctly. This results in a better presentation for talents – and thus a higher chance of applications.
Entire system – Table presentation: Tables in several areas of the Applicant Tracking have been revised. You benefit from clearer icons, consistent actions, and improved usability.
v2026.8 (04/16/2026)
New Features
Costs from multiposting in the tab Costs New
For every job advertisement placed via multiposting, the incurred costs are now automatically transferred to the tab Costs of the respective job opening. This gives you complete cost transparency and enables you to determine the cost per hire much more precisely.
Email notifications for incoming messages New
You can now define in the user menu under the option My user on the new tab Notifications whether you want to be informed about new messages from applicants and configure your daily notifications. This means you no longer need to contact your d.vinci administrator for changes – you can simply adjust your notifications yourself.
Improvements Improved
- Layout details: Favicon, spacing, and menu structure are now consistently and harmoniously displayed across all areas.
- Global application ID in Excel export: In the Excel reports Applications, Job opening positions, Process times, Status transitions, Appointments, and Appointment participants, we have added a column containing the global application ID.
We have made the following corrections Corrected
- User management – search parameters with umlauts: When performing a search with umlauts or special characters in user management and then using the back button, the search parameters were displayed incorrectly, and previously found results were no longer shown. The filter is now retained correctly, and the search results are displayed as expected.
v2026.7 (04/01/2026)
New features
Filter for multiposting campaigns New
In the list of job openings, a new filter Multiposting campaign is now available. This allows you to specifically find the campaign belonging to an invoice – even if there are multiple bookings with the same job title.
Improvements Improved
- VAT ID validation: In the master data for billing addresses, the system now automatically checks whether the entered VAT ID No. is valid. This helps detect incorrect entries early and reduces manual follow-up work.
- AI icon in the job publication: When creating and editing job publications, the previous robot icon for AI‑supported creation of short descriptions is replaced by the new “sparkles” symbol providing a consistent appearance throughout the system.
- Ordering process in multiposting: The page Contact information has been removed from the ordering process, as applications should only be submitted via the button Apply. This shortens the ordering process by around 20%.
Time to Hire calculation: In the tab Dashboard in Reporting, the metrics Time to Hire and Hired now take into account the time-based status transition of the application to a hired status.
More information and the exact calculation can be found in the main article: What is the Dashboard tab in Reporting?
We have made the following corrections Fixed
- Application via résumé upload: In certain SSO‑protected application portals, applicants were sometimes redirected back to the job list after uploading their résumé. They now correctly proceed to the application questionnaire.
- WhatsApp messages: WhatsApp messages can now be sent again without issues, even when only one mobile number is available in the application.
v2026.6 (03/19/2026)
New Features
Access the community via the help menu New
In the help menu you can now find direct access to d.ock - your HR community. Clicking on it will take you to our platform for genuine exchange with other HR experts, collaborative learning, and the development of HR topics that matter.
Improvements Better
- Email sender: System messages to users are now sent with a unique addition to the sender name (e.g., “Max Mustermann via d.vinci”). This ensures emails are less likely to be blocked by security policies or quarantined. Communication with applicants remains unchanged.
- New icon for additional functions: To make our system even more intuitive, we have replaced the gear icon in several places with a three-dot icon to better represent the underlying functions.
- Session tracking updated: We now use a different analytics tool for external pages hosted by us, such as career pages, job openings, application portals, etc. All data remains on our servers and is not shared with third parties. If you encounter issues with your own analytics tools on external pages, you can disable session tracking in the basic settings under the options tab in the website tracking section.
We have made the following corrections Corrected
- External test providers: When using external test providers, the link to external test results was not visible in the application record.
- Help chatbot: After entering the name, the “Next” button no longer responded, preventing the dialog from continuing. The chatbot now works reliably and guides you correctly through the process.
v2026.5 (03/05/2026)
New Features
Applicant Management – A Landing Page or Career Page for All Customers New
All customers of the applicant management system now have free access to a Landing Page or Career Page.
Why Landing Pages?
Continue the story of your recruiting campaigns where talents land – whether after social media ads, events, or targeted campaigns. Studies show: Consistent storytelling increases the conversion rate by up to 400%.
What changes for you?
- We have assigned all users with the role Human Resources (Standard) the additional role Career Pages. Therefore, these users will be able to access the menu item starting from the release. You cannot see the menu item? Assign the Career Pages role to your user, and you will be able to see it.
- You can get started immediately – no additional costs, no setup required.
New Access Mode for Calendar Integration: Availability Access (Free/Busy Access) New
What is this?
With Availability Access (Free/Busy Access), you can schedule appointments without granting full calendar access. Only free/busy times are shared – titles, participants, and contents remain private. This option is available for both Basic and Plus calendar integrations with Google and Microsoft 365 accounts.
Advantages:
- Enhanced privacy – Cronofy does not have access to appointments or participants.
- Simple scheduling despite limited shared information.
- Ideal for companies with high security requirements.
What changes?
For new connections, you can now choose between two access modes. Existing connections remain active. Switching to Availability Access (Free/Busy Access) is possible by reconnecting the calendar. Appointments in this mode are confirmed via email invitation (.ics file) and are not directly entered into the connected calendar.
Note:
If you choose Free/Busy Access, rooms cannot be booked in Plus calendar integration.
How to activate the feature:
- Reconnect the calendar in d.vinci, either individually or through a service account (Plus calendar integration)
- Select “Availability Access (Free/Busy Access)”
Done – access is restricted, but scheduling remains possible.
Automatically Assign Application Status to Journey New
On the page Journey, you will now find a button Automatically assign all statuses. When clicked, all previous assignments of application statuses to phases will be overwritten, including those manually assigned. Our AI will automatically assign your application statuses to phases. A confirmation window informs you of the impacts beforehand. This feature is particularly useful during system setup, saving manual assignment effort.
External Application Link in Job Openings New
In Publications, you can now add an external link to the application form in the Additional Information section. This allows better integration of custom application pages designed through your CMS.
Improvements Improved
- Default Sorting of Job Opening List: New job openings are now automatically sorted by publication date in descending order. This ensures the newest job openings appear at the top of the list.
- Design Adjustments: We have made several design adjustments, including a new, more readable font and updated colors in certain areas.
Announcement Note
Please note that the Federal Employment Agency (BfA) will conduct scheduled maintenance from Friday, March 14 to Monday, March 16.
During this period, there may be delays in publishing submitted job openings.
We recommend planning time-sensitive publications accordingly in advance.
We Have Made the Following Corrections Corrected
- WhatsApp Communication: Certain area codes prevented opening a WhatsApp conversation with applicants. Chats can now be started and opened as usual.
- Deleting Job Openings: Deleting a job opening occasionally caused an error if a multiposting was associated. Deletion now works reliably.
- Email Attachments: An error message incorrectly indicated that an attachment was rejected, even when none was present. This message now only appears when an attachment is actually affected.
v2026.4 (02/19/2026)
New Features
Reporting Dashboard
The Reporting area now includes a dedicated tab Dashboard. It provides an interactive visualization of the entire application process, from the first contact to hiring.
What you can do with it
- Quick overview: All important recruiting metrics at a glance instead of time-consuming Excel reports.
- Identify weaknesses: Phase performance with color coding immediately shows where optimization is needed.
- Better source selection: Application quality per source supports data-driven channel decisions.
- Flexible analysis: Filters and time periods directly in the dashboard, changes are automatically applied.
Order of Panorama Images
You can now adjust the order of your panorama images by drag & drop, ensuring your strongest image is displayed first. The first image of your job opening has a decisive impact on whether someone clicks on the ad or not – pages with an image achieve on average a 47% higher click-through rate.
Improvements Better
- Navigation between publication and job opening template: You can now jump directly from a publication to the associated job opening template via a link – with just one click instead of three previously. This saves time and makes editing significantly more efficient.
- Text editing with AI: The new AI feature is now available in job opening templates and questionnaires. You can directly shorten or expand texts, making content adjustments faster and more precise.
- Links in the footer: Links like "Privacy Policy" or "Imprint" now automatically adapt to the footer color and remain easily readable even on dark backgrounds.
We have made the following corrections Corrected
- Delete application portal: A problem was fixed where application portals could not be deleted even though associated multiposting profiles had already been removed. Deletion now works as expected.
v2026.3 (02/05/2026)
Improvements Better
- Jobshop from our partner Talentsconnect: UTM parameters are now retained during redirection. This allows clicks and application sources to be evaluated across platforms.
- Campaign creation: Error handling for overly long titles has been improved when creating new campaigns. If titles exceed the allowed character length, a clear error message is now displayed.
- Security standard: The use of Content-Security-Policy headers (CSP) further enhances the security of external pages.
- Multiposting campaigns: In rare cases, the additional text "null" appeared in emails related to campaigns. This line is now correctly hidden.
- Analysis tab in job openings: Click numbers from multiposting campaigns (e.g., from Indeed) are now correctly displayed in the analysis section.
- Mobile number country code selection: In the mobile number form field, the dropdown for country codes now allows searching both numerically by the code and by country name.
