Degrees can be selected by applicants in the application form. These details are displayed in the application. The field facilitates the comparison of applicants based on their educational level and helps meet specific requirements for a position more effectively.

Degrees are maintained in the master data. You can create as many degrees as needed in the master data.

Field schema configuration
Using the field schema configuration in the application questionnaire, the degree field can be shown, hidden, or defined as a mandatory field. -
Placeholder usage
The degree can be used as a placeholder (Applicant – Degree) in correspondence templates. For example, you can inform applicants that a specific degree is insufficient or request certificates for that degree. -
Filtering
Filtering by degree is possible in the application list, the application overview, the job opening overview and the application search. -
Evaluation
An evaluation of the highest degree can be conducted using the Excel raw data report with the data Number of applications received. -
Changes
If you rename degrees, these changes will immediately be visible everywhere the degree is selected. -
Deletion
If a degree is deleted, it remains in existing applications. However, in templates such as job postings or correspondence templates, the placeholder will appear empty.
