As of 09.07.2026, we are rolling out the new startpage to customers in waves. It gives you a central overview of current applications, onboardings, tasks, and more. Direct tiles take you straight to the most important areas of the system, with no detours. The startpage is the entry point to your Talent Acquisition Cockpit.
- Startpage: Access permissions for pilot customers: In the first rollout, only users from selected customers with the "Edit job postings and applications" permission have access to the new startpage. This ensures that the tool is used first by active recruiters and that feedback can be evaluated in a targeted way.
- Startpage: Dashboard elements – quick overview: The new widgets show you key information (e.g. open tasks, current job postings, or onboardings with open to-dos).
- Startpage: Personalization – customizable layout: You can arrange and hide the tiles on your startpage. This lets you put together your own personal cockpit.
Configuration
The cockpit is the new startpage for recruiters and hiring managers — accessible via the "Home" menu item at the very top of the menu. It summarizes at a glance what currently matters: new applications, upcoming appointments, open tasks, ongoing job postings, and incoming messages (including WhatsApp, if connected). Each user can personalize their own startpage. The "Edit startpage" button (top right) opens an editing mode in which individual tiles can be
- added and removed
- rearranged via drag & drop
- and filtered individually
This customization is personal: it only affects your own view, never your colleagues' view.
Behavior in the system
Each tile loads its data independently of the others and shows the most recent entries. The startpage updates when the page is opened or reloaded; it is not a live view that refreshes automatically in the background. What is visible depends on the respective user's permissions. If the appropriate permission is missing for a tile (for example for messages), the startpage shows an empty state there. The rest of the startpage remains fully usable.
How our customers use this
In a user survey after the rollout (July 2026), the majority of respondents said that the new startpage helps them. The feedback shows how:
- Users who manage many job postings in parallel mainly use the "Applications" and "Job postings" tiles as a quick daily overview, instead of opening each individual view separately.
- Several users filter the "Job postings" tile specifically to the positions assigned to them, so that the startpage only shows what is actually their responsibility.
- Users who initially found the startpage overloaded reduced it once, in edit mode, to the tiles relevant to their own role; after that, the view fits.
