Usage
The use of pay grades facilitates structure and transparency in workforce planning. It helps comply with tariff regulations and standardize job postings. -
Permission
To create pay grades in the master data, users need the permission to edit master data. -
Number
You can create as many pay grades as needed in the master data. -
Sorting
Pay grades are sorted alphabetically when created. Other sorting options are not available. -
Field schema configuration
Using the field schema configuration in the hiring request, the Pay grade field can be shown, hidden, or defined as a mandatory field. -
Placeholder usage
The pay grade can be used as a placeholder (Hiring request – Pay grade) in job posting templates and correspondence templates. -
Evaluation
An evaluation of pay grades is possible via the export of hiring requests. -
Renaming
Pay grades can be renamed. The change will be visible in all linked hiring requests and templates. -
Deletion
Deleted pay grades remain visible in existing hiring requests but can no longer be selected in new templates or hiring requests.
