System roles are already in your d.vinci on delivery. They are unchangeable correction bundles with which we guarantee certain functionalities. More on this in the main article: Roles.
Attention
We recommend not assigning system roles directly to users. Instead, create a copy of the system roles and assign these to users.
Why?
System roles are used by us to provide new permissions. If you work directly with system roles, permissions may change automatically due to updates.
To ensure that users only receive the permissions you have defined, you should work exclusively with your own copies. These remain unchanged and are not affected by system updates.
