Important information about the partnership with Zendesk
We subject every new feature and potential subcontractor to a strict review regarding data protection and information security – based on the requirements of GDPR and ISO 27001. A provision in the product is only made if all requirements are fully met. This ensures that d.vinci always complies with the highest data protection and security standards, allowing you to work with us without concern. This has also been done for the Help Chatbot from Zendesk.
- Data hosting region is the European Economic Area (EEA), and the Data Locality (DCL) status is firmly bound to Germany (Frankfurt).
- Zendesk is certified for information security management according to ISO/IEC 27001:2022.
- Zendesk is certified for cloud security according to ISO/IEC 27017:2015.
- Zendesk is certified for data protection in the cloud according to ISO/IEC 27018:2019.
