Our help portal has been reliably supporting you for years in finding answers to your questions, locating guides, and understanding system contexts. We redesigned it and placed it on a new technical foundation. This allows you to find solutions even faster, making customer service more convenient for you.

New design - familiar content
The help portal now looks more modern, clearer, and more organized. The familiar content and articles are, of course, still available to you - just easier to find.
Intelligent search with AI - quick answers
Thanks to artificial intelligence, you can now simply ask your questions, for example: “How do I create a job publication?”
The AI searches all articles and generates a quick answer.
Below the answer, you’ll always find the article the AI used as a source. You can click on it and read through it for more information. Below the quick answer, you’ll find additional articles that might help.
New titles & search via navigation path
To give IA best possibility to support you, all titles are now phrased as questions.
Also, feel free to check the navigation path below the article title - it helps you find the right article and shows whether you’re in the correct area (e.g., Applicant Management or Onboarding) and folder. The main articles with explanations of terms and system contexts are still available in separate folders, now called “Glossary.” These will also appear in the navigation path during your search.
Faster support via chat
At the bottom right of every page in the help portal, you'll find a chat bubble. There, you can enter your questions directly. The AI will try to help you immediately. If you prefer to contact our Customer Care team, simply click on "Contact d.vinci Support." This will create a ticket with your chat history, and our team will take over your request. Of course, you can also add attachments.
Tip: You can minimize the chat again by clicking the turquoise element once more.
Starting from January 1, 2026, you will find this chat in your d.vinci system, provided you keep it activated.
