Mark tasks for the daily notification
In Task definitions, you can define for each task whether it should be included in the daily notification for the respective role. -
Application status in the notification email
Users are informed by email about the statuses for which they have viewing permission. -
Notifications for applications in status New
If a user should only receive daily notifications about the status "New", their role should only have visibility for this status, and all tasks that are not linked to this status should be excluded from the daily notification. In this case, the daily notification would include an overview of all applications in the status "New".
If this is not useful, you can use the filters in the system to sort by the status "New", showing all applications for which the user’s role has visibility. You received a daily notification for an application that is not new?
Most likely the application was previously in a status configured as a final status. In the context of daily notifications, applications that leave a final status are also treated as new. If, for example, a pool candidate is reconsidered after a longer period, a notification will be sent again. -
Receive more information by email
If you also want to be notified about incoming messages, see: Notification for incoming message -
Deletion
If a user should no longer receive daily notifications, you can deactivate the function in their user profile or deselect individual options.
How our customers use this
Many customers use the daily notification to always keep track of new applications and to be informed about tasks that need to be completed in the system.
