In the application, you can see the icon for the function Document preview on the right side, provided a program for viewing PDFs is installed on your PC.
If you click the icon, the screen will split – assuming PDF display is allowed in your browser. This can either be controlled by your IT department or be a setting in your personal browser. The fields of the application are displayed on the left side, and the application documents on the right side. This allows you to easily review application data and view documents.
In the split view, all documents of the applicant are listed sequentially.
Note
When the split-screen view is activated, the icon changes to . Clicking the icon again allows you to deactivate the split view.
Warning
Our system automatically detects whether PDFs can be displayed directly in the browser on the user's computer. If this check is negative, for example, because no PDF program is installed or the computer settings need to be adjusted, the icon will be hidden.
