You have the option to add confidential attachments to an application. These can only be viewed by users who have the right View confidential information of applications. This is included in the HR Department Role (Standard).
Required Permissions: Edit applications, Edit confidential information of applications
Follow these steps:
- Open the application to which you want to add documents/attachments. The Application page will be displayed.
- Click on the Attachments tab. The Application page with the open Attachments tab will be displayed.
- Click on Attachment. The input form will be displayed.

Click on the File field and select a file you want to upload.
You can enter a Description.
- Select Yes for Confidential.
- Click on Create to save your entries. The Application page with the open Attachments tab will be displayed. You will see a icon in front of the attachment, marking it as confidential.
The documents can now only be viewed by persons with the appropriate permissions.
