What are placeholders in relation to appointments, appointment surveys and appointment bookings? – Help Portal

When the status of an application is changed to an application status with the status change function Confirm Appointment, a new appointment is created (e. g. "First interview"). When an appointment is moved, this now old appointment is in turn rescheduled and replaced by a new appointment.

Placeholders with the reference object Old appointment or New appointment and Appointment survey obtain their values from the data of the application and the master data.
