In applicant management, the footer is displayed on all pages visible to applicants. These include the Job Opening, the Preliminary Page, and the Application Questionnaire. It is your opportunity to display notices about data protection or the imprint.
This is distinct from the Footer Module on career pages.
Configuration
In the Layout section, you can manage desired content in the Footer area.
System behavior
-
Design
When editing the Footer area, the HTML editor opens with many design options.
For example, texts can be linked, images inserted, etc. See: What is the HTML Editor / Text Editor? -
Footer: Panorama
In the Footer Panorama area, you can add an appropriate image to the footer.
File formats: jpg, gif, png, svg, webp, avif, ico.
Maximum file size: 250 KB -
Changes
Changes made to the footer fields are immediately visible externally after saving, and updated in the job opening, etc. Ideally, open a job opening where the layout is used and refresh the page after saving to check if it looks as desired.
If you want to change content that is simply text with an embedded link—such as the imprint—you must do so on your website. If the link changes, make sure to update the link here as well. -
Deletion
If you delete the content entered in the Footer or Footer: Panorama areas, it will immediately no longer be visible externally, i.e., in the job opening, etc. Deleted content cannot be restored.
How our customers use this
Many customers display their imprint and data protection notices in the footer. A copyright notice is also often placed in the footer.
