You want to know if the calendar of a user is connected to d.vinci or which status a calendar has in general? You can easily check this.
Required permission: User | view/edit/create/delete
Check connection status
Proceed as follows:
- Open the page Users.
- Press the button to show the filter options.
- Click in the field Status Calendar Connection.
- Select one of the options:

Connected (Individual)
Select this if you want to know which calendars are connected when you use the Basic version of calendar integration. -
Connected (centrally managed)
Select this if you want to know which calendars are connected when you use the Plus version of the calendar integration. -
Connected (centrally managed)
Select this if you want to know which calendars are currently connected when you use the Plus version of calendar integration. -
Connection failed
Select this if you want to know which calendars could not be connected. -
Not connected
Select this if you want to know which calendars are generally not connected yet.

Connected (Individual)
- Press the Apply button.

Also in the user list you can see if the calendar of a user is connected. You can see this by the calendar icon in the user's row.

Tip
By pressing the mouse wheel or the combination CTRL + single left click on the icon in the user's row, the Users page will open in a new window. If you first open all users in this way, you can gradually make changes to the calendar and then close the windows/tabs again.
