The calendar integration is enabled by default in all systems upon delivery.
The calendar integration can be deactivated in two ways:
- System-wide: In this case, the feature cannot be used by any user. For a system-wide deactivation, please contact d.vinci support.

Personal: Each user can deactivate the calendar integration for themselves. This can be useful, for example, if a person has multiple user accounts but only participates in appointments with one of them, or if the person is never an appointment participant. To deactivate the calendar integration, proceed as follows:
- Open the page My User. The page with the same name will be displayed.
- In the field group Calendar Integration, select the option No in the Active field.
Warning
The feature will be deactivated immediately without further confirmation. If a calendar is already connected, the connection will be removed. However, it can be reactivated if needed.
