With the activated calendar integration, you can view the availability of your internal appointment participants in advance.
Requirements for using the feature
- You invite individual applicants
- The calendar integration is activated
- The participants you want to invite have a connected calendar
In the Appointment field group, proceed as follows:
- Enter the participants and all other details for the appointment.

Once at least one participant has set up the calendar connection, you can press Check availability.
Note
On the button Check availability , you can already see how many availabilities you can check. For example, (1/4) if one out of four appointment participants has a connected calendar. - The Check availability window opens. Here, you can view availabilities in a weekly view and select a suitable appointment.
- If applicable, you will see a note with a list of participants whose availability could not be checked due to a missing calendar connection.
- Press the arrow keys on the left or top edge of the calendar view to change the displayed time (left) or week (top).
- At the top left, you will find a legend for the color coding used.
- Select a time slot within the calendar. Press it again to confirm the selection.
- Proceed with the status change.
